On an area of 30 Feddans (126,000m2) on the Cairo Suez road 35 Km from central Cairo, in the new city of the same name, a total of 73 villas ranging from 250m2 to 1500m2 have being built in addition to a commercial centre that includes shops, communal areas and Remco's corporate offices with a built up area of 9,000 m2.
