About Maxim
Our dream was to build exclusive state of the art residential buildings, with standards yet to exist in Egypt. Thus, in 1980, we established Arabeya for Housing and Construction. We began our journey of building exclusive fully finished residential towers in Nasr City; and by the 1990’s, we had become the pioneers who carried out the new facelift of Cairo’s Heliopolis area, classifying Maxim as one of Egypt’s market leaders who introduced Egypt’s first high-end fully-finished apartments and luxury residential buildings; as symbolized in Maxim’s Heliopolis Towers. We pride ourselves in our capability to notice major as well as minor changes in the marketplace, allowing us to satisfy new market trends, placing us ahead of any of our possible competition at the time. By the mid 1990’s, we founded our sister company, Sphinx which specialized in building luxurious unfurnished residential towers, providing each homeowner with the opportunity to design and furnish the interiors of their future homes according to their likes. Soon after launching Sphinx, the growth of the Sheraton area flourished and thus the company’s main area of activity and construction focused on developments in the Sheraton neighborhood. Both companies were so successful that our portfolio of residential towers exceeded 35 towers within a notable period, some of which are to this day considered amongst Cairo’s top residential towers
Bo Islands

Bo Islands is the latest addition to Maxim’s projects. It is situated at the very heart of Sidi Abdelrahman Bay, at KM 120 on the Alexandria/ Marsa Matrouh North Coast Road. The Project is inspired by the Bohemian architecture concept, and with Eco-friendly features. Bo Islands offers an array of property types, ranging from luxurious standalone villas to cozy chalets. The master plan was uniquely designed by the internationally renowned architects and master planners AECOM and HCP; its most prominent feature is that each property is a waterfront. It also appears in the bold use of external colors and textures, which accentuate the modern designs, as well as in the space-planning that enables you to enjoy a relaxed inside-outside lifestyle. Bo Sands Sidi Abdelrahman

Bo Sands is part of the exclusive Bo Sidi Abdelrahman. The master plan unfolds with the first strip that is parallel to the highway hosting a vast commercial area and a hotel. Following this, there are three residential areas encircling lagoons and gardens, and surrounded by roads for optimal connectivity.
The plan features several lagoons that sum up to an area of 150, 000m2 and landscaped areas up to 100,000 m2 rendering an enticing greenery and waterfront view for residents. The lagoons would be encircled by trendy apartment buildings. There are two types of buildings, the first is curved with front apartments facing the lagoons while the back ones overlook the wondrous landscape.
